Energize!

We are at the cusp of two seasons – Summer is slowly giving way to Autumn, and we are mentally packing away the remnants of our summer, and bidding goodbye to long stretches of daylight and visits to the local ‘badis’. Perhaps, you are already looking forward to the season of Indian festivities and can’t wait to pull out your sweaters and coats from storage!

Well, we are on track to bring you the last few summer-day ideas this month.

So, we recommend a hike on Mt. Pilatus and speeding on the longest summer toboggan ride (‘rodelbahn’), Noopur shares how she and her family had a wonderful time when they decided to hike up one of the trails on Mount Pilatus and spent the day at the beautiful peak.

Chetana Parameswar tells us why this time of year is the best time to try out many recipes using the culinary chameleon, Zucchini! Check out her Zucchini bread recipe and let us know if you try it out.
